Terms & Conditions – 92kpr

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "92kpr" or "the Platform" refers to the website, mobile application, and all associated services operated under the 92kpr brand at the domain 92kpr.net and any subdomains thereof.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or otherwise uses the 92kpr Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the 92kpr Platform associated with a unique username and verified contact details.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to any PKR (Pakistani Rupee) amount held in a User's 92kpr account, including deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or matched deposit bonuses awarded to a User's account subject to wagering requirements set out in applicable promotion terms.
• "Services" means all features and products available on 92kpr, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slots, and account management tools.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of 92kpr is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account on 92kpr, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 92kpr reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the minimum age requirement cannot be verified. 18+

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

Users are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of 92kpr services is lawful in their jurisdiction. 92kpr does not represent that access to the Platform is legal in all locations. Pakistani users acknowledge that they are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations governing online betting and casino gaming.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To access real-money betting and casino services on 92kpr, you must create a registered account by providing accurate and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Pakistani mobile number. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited; each individual may hold only one 92kpr account.

2.4 KYC Verification

92kpr is required to verify the identity of all users who request withdrawals above specified thresholds, or upon reasonable grounds as determined by the Platform. KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may require submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably requested. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality pending document submission and review.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 92kpr account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 92kpr strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You must notify 92kpr support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 92kpr shall not be liable for any loss resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

92kpr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where the Platform reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) collusion or match-fixing; (d) use of automated betting systems or bots; (e) failure to comply with KYC requirements; or (f) any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform. In the event of account closure, any withdrawable balance will be returned to the User subject to verification procedures, unless the account is closed due to fraud or terms violations.

3.3 Self-Exclusion

Users may request voluntary self-exclusion from 92kpr for a period of their choosing via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and 92kpr will take reasonable steps to enforce such restrictions. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

92kpr accepts PKR deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92kpr reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the 92kpr cashier at the time of deposit. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 92kpr is not responsible for delays caused by payment service providers, telecommunications networks, or banking systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 92kpr targets a processing time of 1–4 hours for JazzCash withdrawals from KYC-verified accounts during standard operating hours, though this is not guaranteed. Bank transfer withdrawals are targeted for processing within one business day. 92kpr reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawals that trigger internal risk thresholds, which may extend processing times.

4.4 Currency

All 92kpr account balances, bets, and transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform does not conduct transactions in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred outside the 92kpr platform are the sole responsibility of the User.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on 92kpr are final once confirmed by the Platform. Users should carefully review their selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming any bet. 92kpr cannot be held responsible for bets placed in error by the User. Bets placed after an event has started or after a market has been suspended are void and will be refunded.

5.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds on 92kpr are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final applicable odds, subject to the Platform's accepted price policy settings. 92kpr reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds ("palpable errors"), provided the User is notified and the stake is returned in full.

5.3 Match Integrity

92kpr takes match integrity seriously. Any account suspected of involvement in match-fixing, corruption, or placement of bets on irregular market movements will be suspended pending investigation. 92kpr cooperates with relevant sporting bodies and regulatory authorities in integrity investigations. Accounts found to be connected with corrupt activity will be permanently closed and affected funds may be withheld.

5.4 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or governing body. In the event of ambiguity, 92kpr's decision regarding settlement shall be final. Disputes relating to settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the disputed event conclusion via the 92kpr support team.

6. Casino & Games

All casino games available on 92kpr, including live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, teen patti, andar bahar, and slot titles, are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or streamed from licensed live dealer studios. Return to Player (RTP) figures for individual games are disclosed within each game's information panel. The 92kpr Casino offers purely entertainment-based gaming; no outcome can be predicted or guaranteed, and the house maintains a mathematical edge across all game types. Users acknowledge that casino gaming involves risk of financial loss and should be undertaken only with funds the User can afford to lose.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers available on 92kpr are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions published alongside each offer. General principles applicable to all 92kpr promotions include:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limits are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are issued to verified accounts only. New registration bonuses are available to one account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• 92kpr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Promotional funds already credited and subject to active wagering will not be withdrawn mid-wagering period without reasonable notice.
• Misuse of promotional offers, including bonus abuse or exploitation of promotion terms in bad faith, will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account review.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings derived from wagering activity that satisfies the applicable wagering requirements are withdrawable.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92kpr Platform and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to place bets or interact with the Platform without direct human input.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit pricing discrepancies across markets in a manner detrimental to the Platform's commercial interests.
• Collusion with other users or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes or game results.
• Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or other technologies to circumvent geographic access controls.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Laundering funds or using the 92kpr Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or financial crime.
• Any conduct that violates applicable laws or these Terms, or that 92kpr reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

9. Responsible Gaming

92kpr is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all users. The Platform provides the following tools, accessible free of charge from any registered account:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that cap how much a User can add to their 92kpr balance within a specified period.
• Loss Limits: Limits on the total amount a User can lose within a given period, after which betting access is suspended until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Limits and Reality Checks: Configurable alerts and session end points that notify Users of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may self-exclude from the Platform for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92kpr Platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, and data, is the property of 92kpr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of any 92kpr content without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 92kpr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from betting decisions, technical failures, or service interruptions. 92kpr's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 12-month period preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits 92kpr's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

92kpr reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' notice prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the 92kpr Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should close your account prior to the effective date.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 92kpr Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92kpr is licensed to operate. In the event of a dispute between a User and 92kpr, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the 92kpr customer support process. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to the applicable regulatory authority. Users who are Pakistani nationals agree that any legal proceedings initiated by them in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts applicable to their place of residence in Pakistan, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
